Match v Sheffield Union 2018

Our annual match against the Sheffield Union was due to be played on 11th April but fell victim to the weather. Ironically, while the course was playable, fog and mist reduced visibility to the point where the match could not start despite having delayed our tee time. This was hugely disappointing for everyone as both teams were keen to get in some much needed competitive practice.

Sadly we were unable to rearrange the match despite our efforts to find an alternative date, so for the very first time the fixture will not take place this year. I would like to thank everyone for turning out and being understanding of the circumstances. Thanks also to Coxmoor Golf Club for their hospitality.
